V práci jsou popsány mokřady jako biotopy s významným postavením jak v přírodě, tak pro zachování vodního režimu krajiny. Je uvedeno, že pojem mokřad může být různými autory definován poněkud rozličně. V práci jsou popsáni významní zástupci flory a fauny mokřadů a je zdůrazněn význam mokřadních stanovišť pro záchyt a udržení vody v krajině. V části práce je popsána konkrétní mokřadní lokalita v České republice, Zá-mecký rybník v Chropyni, z pohledu jeho významu pro hnízdění několika ohrožených druhů ptactva a pro růst kotvice plovoucí (Trapa natans), kriticky ohroženého druhu flory ČR. |

The Bachelor work is aimed to scientific description of European wetlands as significant habitats for both nature conservation and landscape water regimen. It is noted that the concept of a wetland can be defined somewhat variously by different authors. The work describes some typical species of the wetland flora and fauna and highlights the im-portance of wetland habitats for water retention in the landscape. In the part of the work one protected wetland locality of the Czech Republic - Castle pond in Chropyně - is de-scribed, especially from the point of view of its great importance as nesting site for sev-eral endangered bird species and as the significant habitat of Trapa natans, critically en-dangered species of the Czech flora. |
