dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem povodňového plánu obce Nedakonice. Dojde v ní k zpracování rešerší na téma ochrany území a ochrany obyvatelstva. Dále bude analyzován současný stav protipovodňové ochrany pro vybranou obec a zhodnocení pomocí silných a slabých stránek. V rámci práce bude realizován návrh nových opatření a samotného plánu. Dále dojde k simulaci povodňové vlny, a to na zájmovém území.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis deals with the draft of the flood plan of the village Nedakonice, where research on the topic of territorial protection and protection of population will be conducted. In addition, the current state of protection for the chosen community will be analyzed and strong and weak points will be assessed. Within the thesis, the proposal for new measures and the plan itself will be implemented. Subsequently, the simulation of the flood wave will be done on the area of interest.
