dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část rešeršní metodou objasňuje principy organizace a legislativy BOZP s důrazem na prostředí staveb. Dále popisuje zdroje pracovních úrazů při realizaci staveb včetně definování nemocí z povolání. V závěru teoretické části jsou uvedeny povinnosti zhotovitele, zadavatele a koordinátora BOZP a proces posuzování rizik. Praktická část představuje analyzovanou společnost a její podmínky systému řízení BOZP. Dále řeší analýzu rizik na modelové stavbě a návrh vhodných opatření na zlepšení systému řízení BOZP při realizaci staveb.

It also describes the sources of occupational accidents in building construction, including the definition of occupational diseases. At the end of the theoretical part, the responsibilities of the contractor, the contracting authority and the OSH coordinator and the risk assessment process are stated. Practical part Represents the analyzed company and its conditions of the health and safety management system. It also solves Risk analysis on model construction and design of appropriate measures to improve the OSH management system in building construction.
