dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se věnuje jednotlivým krokům vedoucím k úspěšné implementaci procesu Direct Line Feed ve výrobní firmě. Teoretická část je rozdělena do tří sekcí. První část je zaměřena na rizika, druhá část na oblast projektového řízení a třetí část se věnuje logistice a materiálovým tokům včetně popisu Direct Line Feed. V praktické části dochází k rozpisu jednotlivých kroků potřebných k tomu, aby k úspěšné implementaci procesu došlo, počínaje analýzou dat a vytvořením harmonogramu projektu až po detailní analýzu rizik jednotlivých procesů s navržením nápravných opatření. V závěru praktické části je proces Direct Line Feed ve firmě úspěšně implementován a vyhodnocen.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with individual steps leading to a successful implementation of the Direct Line Feed process in a maunfacturing company. The theoretical part is divided into three sections. The first part is focused on risks, the second part on the field of project management and the third part deals with logistics and material flows, including the description of Direct Line Feed. In the practical part there is a breakdown of the steps necessary for a successful implementation of the process, starting with the analysis of the data and the creation of project schedule, up to the detailed risk analysis of the individual processes with proposals for corrective measures. At the end of the practical part, the Direct Line Feed process is successfully implemented in the company and also evaluated.
