dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce je "Asertivita manažera v praxi", a to jak po teoretické, tak i praktické stránce. Podklady pro teoretickou stránku jsem získala na základě prostudování mnoha psychologických knih, které se zabývají nejen asertivitou a vedením týmu, ale komunikací jako komplexní metodikou. V úvodu praktické stránky je obeznámení s metodologií a stručný popis oslovení a získání respondentů pro výzkumnou část bakalářské práce. V následující části praktické stránky vyhodnotím získaná data a navrhnu doporučení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The subject of the bachelor thesis is Assertiveness of the manager in practice", from both, the theoretical and practical point of view. The basis of the theoretical part obtained by using many psychological books that deal not only with assertiveness and team leadership, but with communication as a complex methodology. The introduction of the practical part contains familiarization with methodology and the brief description of accosting and obtai-ning of respondents for the research part of the bachelor thesis. In the following l will eva-luate the obtained data and suggest recommendation in the practical part.
