dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou podmínek přiměřené obrany z hlediska právního a praktického prostředí. Teoretická část této práce pojednává o podmínkách přiměřenosti obrany z hlediska právního prostředí, včetně návaznosti na praxi v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti a v sebeobraně. Praktická část se zaměřuje na analýzu podmínek právního prostředí z hlediska přiměřenosti obrany a porovnává je s praktickými příklady. Výsledkem analýzy je přehled forem přiměřeného jednání.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis focuses on issue of the adequacy of the defense conditions from legal and practical point of view. The theoretical part of this particular thesis discusses the adequacy of the defense conditions from legal and practical points of view, it includes continuity to practice of commercial security industry and self-defense. The practical part deals with analysis of conditions of the legal environment in terms of the adequacy of the defense and comparison of them by practical examples. The result of analysis is overview of form of the adequacy actions.
