dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou posouzením rizik v technologickém parku. Práce je dělena do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na problematiku charakteristiky pojmů, které mají souvislost s touto prací jedná se o riziko, ochranu zdraví při práci a analýzu rizik. Praktická část se zaměřuje na představení organizace, analýzu současného stavu organizace a posouzení současných bezpečnostních rizik. Závěr práce posuzuje výsledky analýzy rizik a navrhuje vhodná opatření, které vedou k minimalizaci nebo odstranění rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of the risk assessment in a technology park. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focuses on defining the main concepts which are associated with the thesis, i.e. a risk, occupational safety and risk assessment. The practical part focuses on the introduction of the organization, the current conditions assessment, and the current safety risks assessment. The conclusion of the thesis evaluates outcomes of the risk assessment and suitable steps, which minimize or eliminate risks, are suggested.
