dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce "Bezpečnostní rada státu" je analyzovat její činnost a identifikovat problémy, které Bezpečnostní rada státu řeší, ale také aspekty, které mohou její činnost omezovat. Výsledkem práce je výčet identifikovaných problémů a návrh způsobu jejich řešení. Práce popisuje v teoretické části bezpečností systém a bezpečnostní politiku v České republice, větší část práce je pak věnována samotné Bezpečnostní radě státu. Je zde vymezen její účel, struktura a stálé pracovní orgány. Praktická část je věnována popisu a analýze činnosti Bezpečnostní rady státu. Na základě analýzy příslušných dokumentů a konzultace s odborníky jsou analyzovány negativní aspekty související s Bezpečnostní radou státu a navrhnuto jejich možné řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis "The Czech State Security Council" is to analyze its operations and identify not only problems that the Czech State Security Council resolves but also problems that may hamper its operations. The result is enumeration of those problems and a proposal for how to resolve them. Theoretical part of the thesis describes the security system and security policy in the Czech Republic, the larger part of the thesis is then given to the Czech State Security Council. Here is defined its purpose, structure and permanent working bodies. The practical part of the thesis is devoted to the description and analysis of the activities of the Czech State Security Council. Based on the analysis of relevant documents and consultation with experts, negative aspects related to the Czech State Security Council are analyzed and suggested by their possible solution.
