dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu rizik a bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví osob při práci ve vybraném podniku Autoservis Blahutka. Teoretická část obsahuje legislativní předpisy v oblasti BOZP, vymezení základních pojmů a dále charakteristiku postupu ma-nažerských rizik a nástrojů pro analyzování nebezpečí. Praktická část obsahu-je charakteristiku firmy a její dělení si ji do pracovních oblastí. Následují přehledy se-znamů jednotlivých rizik, jejich zhodnocení a rozhodnutí o bezpečnostních opatřeních. Cílem této práce je analýza identifikace možných nebezpečí, která hrozí zaměstnancům při práci a návrh opatření pro snížení nebo úplné odstranění těchto rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This degree work deals with the analysis of the risks and the safety and the protection of the poeple´s bealth at work in Blahutka Service Station Company. The theoretical part includes legislative instrucions in the area of the safety at work, specification of the basic concepts and the description managerial risks and instruments for the analysis of danger. The practical part contains the profile of the firm and its divison into the work areas. The-re are also serveys of the particular risks, their evaluations and the decisions on safety measures. The aim of this degree work is the analysis of the identification of the possible risks which. Threaten the employees of the firma t work and to suggest the measures for the reduction ort he complete elimination of these risks.
