dc.description.abstract	Teoretická část bakalářské práce stručně shrnuje problematiku nebezpečných chemických látek, která je obsahem řady legislativních norem. Popisuje základní dělení nebezpečných chemických látek a obsahuje stručné informace o bojových chemických látkách. Dalším bodem teoretické části je označování obalů nebezpečných chemických látek a označování těchto látek při přepravě po silnících nebo železnicích. Dále jsou uvedeny základní informační systémy, které nám poskytují potřebné informace o používání a nakládání s těmito látkami. Praktická část je zaměřena na modelování havarijních dopadů průmyslových toxických látek a jejich následné porovnání. V práci jsou také navrhnuty nové metodické listy pro vybrané toxické chemické látky.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis briefly summarizes the problematics of hazardous chemical substances, which are contain in a range of legal rule. It describes basic categorization of hazardous chemical substances and it contains brief information about chemical warfare agents. The theoretical part also includes labelling of hazardous chemical substances and their labelling during the road and railway transport. This thesis is also concerned with information systems, which provide us necessary information about using and handling of such substances. The practical part is focused on modelling of emergency impacts of toxic industrial chemicals and their comparison. This thesis also presents new methodical sheets for selected toxic chemical substances.
