dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá varováním obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách a je rozdělená na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsáno, co je to varování, vyrozumění, živelní pohromy, poplachové signály a nachází se zde současný stav ochrany obyvatelstva a k tomu se vztahující rozebraná legislativa. Praktická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku obce Troubky a povodně v Troubkách. Je zde modelová situace živelní pohromy, která je umístěna do obce Troubky. Závěr je věnován protipovodňovým opatřením, mým návrhům na zlepšení aktuální situace, SWOT analýze rozebírající připravenost a protipovodňová opatření obce Troubky a dotazníkovému šetření v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with Population Warning in Natural Disasters and is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes what are warnings, notifications, natural disasters, alarm signals and the current state of protection of the population and the related analysed legislation. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of Troubky and floods in Troubky. There is a model situation of a natural disaster, which is located in the village of Troubky. The conclusion is devoted to flood control measures, my suggestions for improvement of the current situation, SWOT analysis concerning the preparedness and flood control measures of the municipality of Troubky and questionnaire survey in the field of population protection.
