dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá posouzením rizik evakuace seniorů a zdravotně postižených osob. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, část teoretickou a část praktickou. Teoretická část definuje rozdělení a charakteristiku zdravotně postižených osob, dále základní pojmy, které se týkají evakuace osob obecně. Poslední kapitola teoretické části je zaměřena na technické prostředky, které jsou potřebné k evakuaci zdravotně postižených osob. V praktické části posuzuje a charakterizuje konkrétní objekt organizace nevidomých a slabozrakých osob, kde můžou vzniknout rizika při vzniku mimořádné události z důvodu umístění klientů se špatnou orientací v prostoru a se sníženou pohyblivostí. Pomocí metody SWOT analýzy a Ishikawa diagramu byla analyzována možná rizika při evakuaci dané organizace. Praktická část dále seznamuje se současným řešením evakuace a závěrem práce uvádí návrhy na minimalizaci rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor work deals with evaluation of risks of evacuation of seniors and healthy disabled people. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical part and practical part. Theoretical part defines division and characteristics of healthy disabled people, basic terms related to evacuation of people generally. Last chapter of theoretical part is focused on technical tools which are needed for evacuation of healthy disabled people. Practical part considers and characterizes particular building of organization for blind and visually impaired people where can occur risks in the case of emergency incidents due to the location of clients with poor orientation of space and with decreased mobility. By using SWOT analysis and Ishikawa diagram were analyzed potential risks in the evacuation of the organization. Practical part also familiarizes reader with current solution of evacuation. Conclusion presents suggestions on minimization of risks.
