dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je věnována problematice ochrany prvků kritické infrastruktury. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny základní pojmy vztahující se k tomuto tématu pro následnou lepší orientaci v odborném textu. Poté je definován legislativní rámec, určování a ochrana prvků kritické infrastruktury. Praktická část se věnuje ochraně kritické infrastruktury v oblasti elektroenergetiky v Olomouckém kraji. Zároveň je zde prezentováno cvičení, které prováděl Krajský HZS na téma dlouhodobého výpadku elektrické energie.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis is dedicated to the protection of critical infrastructure elements. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to this topic, for subsequent better orientation in specialized texts. After that is define legislative framework, identification and protection elements. The practical part deals with protection of the critical infrastructure in the power sector in the Olomouc region. At the same time herein exercises conducted by the Regional Fire and Rescue Service on the topic of long-term power outage.
