dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je věnovaná problematice Policie České republiky jako základní složce IZS na úrovni ORP Rakovník. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část obsahuje stručnou charakteristiku bezpečnostního systému České republiky. Následně je prezentována Policie České republiky a její činnost v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Praktická část je zaměřená na charakteristiku obce s rozšířenou působností Rakovník, Územní odbor Policie ČR Rakovník, potenciální ohrožení zájmového území, statistiku mimořádných událostí. V závěru práce jsou vyhodnoceny výsledky ankety.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is devoted to the issue of the Police of the Czech Republic as a Basic Part of the Integrated Rescue System in the Municipality with Extened Powers Rakovník. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains a brief description of the security system of the Czech Republic. Subsequently is presented the Police of the Czech Republic and its activities within the integrated rescue system. The practical part is focused on the characteristics of the municipality with extended powers Rakovník, the Territorial Police Department of the Czech Republic Rakovník, the potential threat of the area of interest, the statistics of accident. At the end of the thesis are evaluated the results of the survey.
