dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je rozdělená na dvě části, na teoretickou část a na praktickou část. V teoretické části je prezentován bezpečnostní systém České republiky a právní předpisy v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, povinnosti orgánů krizového řízení a úkoly obcí s rozšířenou působností při přípravě a řešení krizových situací. Praktická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu hrozeb a rizik ve městě Uherský Brod, důraz je položen na úroveň informovanosti a připravenosti obyvatelstva na mimořádné události, dále je pak předložen návrh na zlepšení současného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts, the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part presented the security system of the Czech Republic and legislation in the field of population protection, the duties of crisis management authorities and the tasks of municipalities with extended competence in the preparation and resolution of crisis situations. The practical part is focused on the risk and threat analysis in the town Uherský Brod, emphasis is placed on the awareness and preparedness of the population for emergency events a proposal for improvement of the current situation is also presented.
