dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá interní komunikací Studentské Unie UTB ve vybraných projektech. V čele organizace stojí tříčlenné vedení, které tvoří skutečnou komunikaci postavenou na hodnotách a vizích organizace. Sdílení těchto hodnot členy prospívá organizační kultuře, angažovanosti a celkové spokojenosti jednotlivých týmů a jejich manažerů. První část práce se věnuje teoretickým východiskům interní komunikace, jejím nástrojům a faktorům, které ji ovlivňují. Druhá část práce představuje Studentskou Unii UTB, její organizační strukturu a celoroční práci. Podrobněji se pak věnuje třem projektům a jejich týmům, kde cílem výzkumu je zjistit, co vede k úspěšnosti pořádaných událostí, jak k tomu přispívá interní komunikace a jakých nástrojů je využíváno.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis focuses on internal communication of Student union TBU in chosen projects. The head of the organization consists of 3 leaders, who create the communication based on the values and vision of the organization. Sharing these values through the members con-tributes to organizational culture, involvement and the satisfaction of the teams and its man-agers as a whole. The first part of the thesis focuses on theoretical basis of internal communication, its instru-ments and factors which effect the whole communication. The second part represents the Student union TBU, its organizational structure and the year-long work. Moreover, the thesis concentrates on three project and its teams in more detail. The goal of the research was to find out what is essential for the success, how the internal communication contributes to the projects and what instruments are used.
