dc.description.abstract	Mikulica, T. Interní komunikace Tierra Verde s.r.o. a její srovnání v rámci teorie a praxe. Bakalářská práce. Zlín: Univerzita Tomáše Bati, 2017 Bakalářská práce se zabývá interní komunikaci ve firmě TIERRA VERDE s.r.o. Hlavním cílem práce je zhodnocení aktuálního využití a efektivity interní komunikace v rámci vedení firmy a mezi zaměstnanci a její nastavení a využití do budoucna. Teoretická část se zabývá základními termíny a pojmy spojené s interní komunikaci a vazbami mezi interní komunikací a firemní kulturou. Také nastaví metodiku a cíle práce. Praktická část představí charakteristiku firmy TIERRA VERDE s.r.o. současně s aktuální situací v oblasti interní komunikace a nastavení její strategie. Součástí praktické části je interní kvalitativní analýza management (polostrukturovaný hloubkový rozhovor) a kvantitativní analýza zaměstnanci (dotazníkové šetření). Závěr a vyhodnocení se bude zabývat sumarizací zjištěných dat, jejich vyhodnocení a zhodnocení současného stavu interní komunikace uvedené společnosti.

Zlín: Tomas Bata University, 2017 This thesis deals with internal communication within the company TIERRA VERDE Ltd. The main objective is to evaluate the current use and effectiveness of internal communication between the company's management and employees, its setting and use in the future. The theoretical part deals with basic terms and concepts related to internal communication and links between internal communication and corporate culture. Also the goals and methodology of work will be presented. The analytical part presents the characteristics of the company TIERRA VERDE Ltd. , the current situation in internal communication and the strategy of the company. Part of the analysis is an internal qualitative analysis - management (semi structured interviews) and a quantitative analysis - employees (a questionnaire). Conclusion and evaluation will contain summarization of the acquired data and assessment and evaluation of the current state of internal communication of the company.
