dc.description.abstract	Cílem této práce je popsat kritické oblasti implementace Oracle E-Business Suite v IRCR Manufacturing, celkově zhodnotit tuto implementaci a navrhnout možné zlepšení stávající situace informačního systému v této společnosti. Teoretická část popisuje informační systé-my v podnicích, jejich funkci a vývoj a dále také jejich implementaci a hodnocení efektivnos-ti. Praktická část obsahuje strategickou analýzu IRCR Manufacturing a její mateřské korpo-race a dále se věnuje již zmíněné implementaci. Závěrečná část navrhuje řešení zlepšení sou-časného stavu informačního systému v IRCR Manufacturing.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this work is to describe critical areas of implementation of Oracle E-Business Suite in IRCR Manufacturing, give an overall evaluation of this implementation and suggest possible solution improving the current state of information system in this company. The theoretical part deals with information systems in enterprises, their function and develop-ment. It also describes their implementation and effectiveness evaluation. The practical part contains a strategic analysis of IRCR Manufacturing and its mother corporation and deals with the above mentioned implementation. The final part suggests a solution for improving the current status of information system in IRCR Manufacturing.	en
