dc.description.abstract	Tématem práce je péče o děti na umělé plicní ventilaci, kteří jsou hospitalizovaní na oddělení intenzivní péče v Olomouckém kraji. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vysvětlení problematiky umělé plicní ventilace a sní spojené komplikace a nežádoucí vedlejší účinky. Praktickou část práce tvoří kvalitativní výzkum psaný formou případové studie kazuistiky, které popisují péči o ventilované dítě a jeho specifické potřeby. Kvalitativního výzkumu se zúčastnili 4 respondenti, z toho 2 chlapci a 2 dívky. Hlavním cílem práce je na konkrétním případu popsat a analyzovat potřeby ventilovaného dítěte, specifikovat činnosti jednotlivých členů multidisciplinárního týmu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of the thesis is the care of children on artificial pulmonary ventilation, who are hospitalized in the intensive care department in the Olomouc Region. The theoretical part is focused on explaining the issue of artificial pulmonary ventilation and associated complications and undesirable side effects. The practical part of the thesis is a qualitative research written in the form of a case study - case studies describing the care of a ventilated child and its specific needs. Qualitative research was attended by 4 respondents, including 2 boys and 2 girls. The main objective of this work is to describe and analyze the needs of the ventilated child on a specific case, to specify the activities of individual members of the multidisciplinary team.
