Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je sestavit projekt na systém řízení nákladů ve sledované společnosti. První část práce, tedy teoretická část se zaobírá teoretickými poznatky v oblasti kalkulací a nákladů. V následné druhé praktické části je představena společnost a je analyzován dosavadní systém řízení nákladů a také hospodářská situace podniku. Dle následné analýzy jsou zjištěny nedostatky v řízení nákladů. Poslední třetí část je věnována k vytvoření projektu systémů řízení nákladů. Projekt je zaměřen na odstranění nedostatků v řízení nákladů a je doplněn o časovou a nákladovou analýzu. |

The main purpose of the thesis is to compose a project for a cost management system within a particular company. The first part of the work, the theoretical part, deals with theoretical knowledge in the field of price calculations and costing. In the following practical part, the company is introduced and the actual cost management system and the economic situation of the company are analysed. According to the analysis, deficiencies in cost management are detected. Last, the third part of the work is dedicated to the composition of the cost management system project. The project aims to eliminate the deficiencies in the cost management. The time and cost analyses are supplemented, too. |
