Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnutí projektu implementace metody Balanced Scorecard do společnosti KREDIT, spol. s r.o. V teoretické části je provedena lineární rešerše, která se týká především výkonností podniku, strategické analýzy a také podrobné charakteristiky metody Balanced Scorecard. Druhá část diplomové práce hodnotí finanční situaci podniku KREDIT, spol. s r.o. pomocí provedení finanční analýzy, která je východiskem pro navržení daného projektu. Poslední část se zabývá samotnou implementaci metody Balanced Scorecard a vymezení případných rizik a nákladů projektu. Přínosem diplomové práce je možnost zvýšení výkonnosti podniku. |

The aim of this master thesis is a proposal of the project of implementation the Balanced Scorecard method to KREDIT, spol. s r.o.. In the theoretical part, the literature research is con-ducted; which mainly concerns business performance, strategic analysis and detailed cha-racteristics of the Balanced Scorecard. The second part of the master thesis evaluated the financial situation of the company KREDIT, spol. s r.o. by using a financial analysis that is the basic for designing the project. The last part deals with the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard method and the specifications of potential risks and costs of the project. The benefit of the master thesis is the possibility of increasing the company's performance. |
