dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá mapováním hodnotového toku a analýzou plýtvání ve vybrané výrobní společnosti. Cílem bylo zvýšit přidanou hodnotu výrobního procesu vybraného výrobkového představitele alespoň o 10 % do konce roku 2018. V první části jsou definovány pojmy plýtvání, úzké místo a přidaná hodnota. Dále jsou zde popsány jednotlivé metody průmyslového inženýrství, jejichž prostřednictvím má dojít ke zlepšení současného stavu. V rámci analýzy byly využity rozhovory, pohybové analýzy a snímky pracovního dne pracovníků i strojů Na základě analýz byla vyhotovena mapa současného stavu, včetně popsání plýtvání nacházejících se ve výrobním procesu. Po navržení východisek na zlepšení současného stavu byla vypracována budoucí VSM spolu s akčním plánem, které by měly přispět k racionalizaci procesů ve vybrané společnosti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Master´s thesis is focused on a value stream mapping and a waste analysis in a chosen company. The aim of this thesis was to increase an added value of the production process by at least 10% until the end of 2018. In the first part there are defined terms such as waste, constrains and added value. Furthermore there are described individual methods of industrial engineering, use of which should improve the current situation. As parts of the analysis there were used interviews, workers movement analysis and machinery and work-ers workday scan. Based on this analysis there was presented a map of the current situation including the description of waste within the existing production process. After suggesting the basis as how to improve the current status there was prepared a future VSM together with an action plan which should contribute to process rationalization in a chosen company.
