dc.description.abstract	Hlavným cieľom bakalárskej práce "Podnikatelský záměr založení nového podnikatelské-ho subjektu" je vytvorenie podnikateľského plánu v oblasti športovej činnosti Pole dance štúdia v Púchove. Teoretická časť sa zameriava najskôr na definície a právne úpravy najčastejších foriem podnikania, následne popisuje rôzne možnosti financovania podnikateľských zámerov. V ďalšej kapitole definuje štruktúru podnikateľského plánu a vysvetľuje jeho jednotlivé časti. V praktickej časti sú využité poznatky získané z teoretickej časti a následne aplikované na zhotovenie podnikateľského plánu. Záver práce obsahuje zhodnotenie samotného projektu a jeho perspektívy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main purpose of the bachelor thesis "Business Plan of Establishment of a New Entity" is creating draft of a business plan in the sports field Pole dance studio in Púchov. At the beginning the theoretical part is focused on definitions and Slovak regulations for most common forms of entrepreneurship, then describes various possibilities of financing business plans. In the next charter it defines the structure of the business plan and explains its parts. Gained theoretical knowledge are used in the practical part and then applied for processing a new business plan. The conclusion of the thesis contains an evaluation of the project and its perspectives.
