Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastavení pevných základů pro zavedení programu 5S a následné doporučení dalších metod průmyslového inženýrství, které by se daly dále implementovat ve společnosti Weba Olomouc, s.r.o., pro podporu konkurenceschopnosti, systému kvality a zvýšení produktivity se zaměřením na ergonomické prvky. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část obsahuje literární rešerši vztahující se na implementaci lean management zaměřenou na metodu 5S. Praktická část obsahuje představení firmy Weba Olomouc, s.r.o., školení zaměstnanců k metodě 5S a lean managementu, analýzu současného stavu pracoviště nástrojářů, navržení nového layoutu pracoviště a s tím spojená doporučení do budoucnosti. Na závěr je shrnuta nákladová stránka zavedení metody 5S a nákladovost plýtvání ve společnosti. |

The purpose of the bachelor's thesis is to create an environment which allows implementation of 5S method. Moreover, the thesis includes other industrial engineering methods which implementation can increase company's competitiveness, quality features and productivity as a direct result of improvement of ergonomy. The bachelor's thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part consists of the literary research related to the implementation of lean management, especially 5S method. The practical part introduces the company Weba Olomouc, s.r.o., work training orientated on 5S method and lean management, analysis of current situation of assembly workers' workplace and its new suggested layout. In addition to this, the practical part includes recommendations for the company's future. The summary of the bachelor's thesis includes calculated costs connected not only to the implementation of the 5S method but also 7 types of waste. |
