dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší možnosti zvýšení motivace zaměstnanců vybraného oddělení ne-mocnice v Moravskoslezském kraji. Práce se skládá z části teoretické a části praktické. V první části jsou shrnuty poznatky z oblasti řízení lidských zdrojů a motivace pracovníků, které jsou využity v analytické části. Výsledky z praktické části slouží jako východiska pro tvorbu projektu na zvýšení motivace pracovníků.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis solves the possibility of increasing the motivation of the employees of the selected department of the hospital in the Moravian-Silesian Region. The thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. The first part summarizes knowledge from the field of human resources management and motivation of the employees, which are used in the analytical part. The results from the practical part serve as a basis for the creation of a project to increase the motivation of the employees.
