dc.description.abstract	Po dohodě se zástupci Delivery Services a TNSInfo týmu, se ve své bakalařské práci zaměřuji na analýzu dodání dat prostřednictvím TNSInfa, jejíž hlavním úkolem je uspokojení uživatelů tohoto portálu. Při svém výzkumu jsem použila SWOT analýzu zaměřenou na TNSInfo a také dotazník, který byl dostupný na hlavním portálu TNSInfa a sloužil ke zjištění spokojenosti a užití TNSInfa klienty. Výsledky mého výykumu jsou prezentovány v podobě konkrétních bodů a graficky znázorněny prostřednictvím grafů a tabulek pro jejich lepší přehlednost.	cs
