dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice rizik ohrožujících bezpečnost při řízení provozu v prostředí železniční dopravy na území České republiky. Popisuje historii české železnice, její organizování a řízení od raných dob až po současnost. Analyzuje rizika, která mohou vzniknout při jejím řízení. V závěru práce jsou obsaženy návrhy pro minimalizaci rizik v dané oblasti.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of risks to safety in the management of traffic in the railway transport environment in the Czech Republic. It describes the history of the Czech railway, its organization and management from the early days to the present. It analyzes the risks that may arise during its management. At the end of the thesis there are proposals for minimizing risks in the given area.
