dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou rizik spojených se zakládáním nové společnosti. Řízení rizik je proces obsahující několik vzájemně na sebe navazujících fází, jako je identifikace, analýza, hodnocení a ošetření rizik. Hlavním přínosem práce je zpracování risk managementu pro zavedený podnikatelský subjekt a předejití hrozeb, které mohou nastat. V praktické části práce je zaveden nový subjekt a jsou uvedena rizika související se založením podniku. Následně jsou navržena opatření ke snížení těchto rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of the risks associated with the establishment of a new company. Risk management is a process which involves several interdependent phases, such as identification, analysis, evaluation and treat of risks. The main benefit of this thesis is the processing of risk management for the established business subject and the prevention of threats that may occur at this stage. In the practical part of the work a new subject is introduced and risks associated with the establishment of a new company are identified. Then there are designed steps to reduce these risks.
