dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce popisuje využití možností UAS v oblasti bezpečnosti České republi-ky. Mapuje současný stav provozu UAS ve státní sféře u Armády České republiky, Policie České republiky a Hasičského záchranného sboru České republiky. V dalších kapitolách se práce zaobírá možným využitím současných prostředků těchto institucí pro řešení otázek vnitřní bezpečnosti, havárií, katastrof, monitorování mimořádných událostí. V závěru práce je modelován vhodný bezpilotní prostředek pro zvolenou krizovou situaci a navrhnuté op-timální funkce pro tento prostředek.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis describes the use of the possibilities of UAS in the field of security of the Czech republic.It maps the current state of the operation of UAS in the civil sphere in Czech republic Army, Police of the Czech Republic and the Fire rescue corps of the Czech republic. In the following chapters it deals with possible use of the current resources of these institutions for addressing issues of internal security, accidents, disasters, and emer-gencies monitoring. At the conclusion of the work is modeled by a suitable unmanned ae-rial system for the selected crisis situation and designed the optimum function for this re-source.
