Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na bezpečnost a ochranu zdraví při práci pro zhotovitelské firmy ve vybrané společnosti ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a. s. Tato práce je rozdělená na dvě části. První je část teoretická, která obsahuje vymezení základních pojmů, příslušnou le-gislativu, historii a současné trendy v oblasti BOZP. Ve druhé, praktické části, je obsažena základní charakteristika firmy. Zde se zajímám o školení zaměstnanců zhotovitelných firem, jejich srovnáním se zaměstnanci kmenovými a v neposlední řadě zhodnocením rizik na pracovišti vycházejících z dotazníkového průzkumu mezi zaměstnanci a následným zhodnocením rizik a navržení opatření či zlepšení. |

The bachelor thesis focuses on health and safety at work for external companies in selected company ArcelorMittal Ostrava, a.s. This thesis is divided into two parts. The first is a theoretical part, which contains definitions of basic terms, relevant legislation, history and current trends in the field of health and safety. In the second, practical part, the basic cha-racteristics of the company are included. Here I am interested in the training of employees of external companies, their comparison with tribal employees and, last but not least, the assessment of risks at the workplace based on the questionnaire survey among the em-ployees and the subsequent evaluation of risks and the remedy proposals or improvements. |
