dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je věnována jednotkám sboru dobrovolných hasičů a ochraně obyvatel-stva. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky jako celek, jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů obcí a jejich zapojení do plnění úkolů při mimořádných událostech a ochraně obyvatelstva. Praktická část je orientována na jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů na území ORP Luhačovice. V práci je hodnocena jejich akceschopnost a připravenost k zásahu při mimořádných událostech. Dílčí část se také zabývá názorem obyvatelstva na jednotky sboru dobrovolných hasičů a ochranu obyvatelstva v jejich obcích.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is devoted to volunteer fire brigade units and protection of the population. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic as a whole, the units of the volunteer municipal fire brigade and their involvement in the fulfillment of tasks in extraordinary events and the protection of the population. The practical part is oriented to the units of the volunteer fire brigade in the area of municipality with extended competence Luhačovice. The work assesses their capability and preparedness to intervene in extraordinary events. The sub-section also deals with the opinion of the population on the volunteer fire brigade units and the protection of the population in their municipalities.
