dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce bylo zjistit, které stresory nejvíce postihují učitele střední školy, které strategie užívají při zvládání stresových situací a zdali pohlaví ovlivňuje výběr copin-gové strategie. Výzkumu se zúčastnilo 36 respondentů ze střední průmyslové škole v Břec-lavi z toho 15 mužů a 11 žen. Výsledky výzkumu prokázaly, že nejvíce vyskytující stresory jsou: Nízké platové ohodnocení a stále se navyšující administrativa. Dále poukázal na fakt, že copingové strategie užívané pedagogy mají spíše negativní tendenci a dokázal, že existuje rozdíl v užívání strategií mezi muži a ženami. Na závěr byla diskutována otázka, zda by učitelé měli zájem o zřízení relaxační místnosti na jejich škole a následně většina pozitivních odpovědí zapříčinila vznik projektu, jehož cílem bylo navrhnout postup výstavby místnosti pro zmírnění stresu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the diploma thesis was to find out which stressors are most affected by secondary school teachers who use strategies in dealing with stressful situations and whether gender affects the choice of coping strategy. The survey was attended by 36 respondents from the Břeclav secondary school, of which 15 men and 11 women. Research results have shown that the most common stressors are: Low salary rating and ever-increasing administration. He also pointed out that coping strategies used by educators tend to be negative, and showed that there is a difference in the use of strategies between men and women. Finally, the question was whether teachers were interested in setting up a relaxation room at their school, and most of the positive responses led to the creation of a project aimed at designing a procedure to build a stress relieving room.
