dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku návrhu datového modelu ukrytí obyvatelstva. Teoretic-ká část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na problematiku ukrytí obyvatelstva v České republice a přibližuje problematiku datového modelování a geografických informačních systémů s náhledem na využití v oblasti ukrytí obyvatelstva. Praktická část práce analyzuje stav úkrytové fondu města Uherské Hradiště a vytváří datový model pro potřeby ukrytí ve měs-tě Uherské Hradiště, který je následně převeden do rozhraní systému QGIS.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyse the problem of designing a data model for the issue of the sheltering of population. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis is focused on the problem of seeking a shelter in cases of danger in the Czech Republic and outlines the subject of data modeling and geographic information systems with respect to its use in the area of sheltering of the population. The practical part analyzes the state of shelters in the city of Uherské Hradiště and creates a data model for a possibible necessity of seeking a shelter in the city of Uherské Hradiště, which is then transferred to QGIS.
