dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku činností Hasičského záchranného sboru Kraje Vysočina k vybraným úkolům v rámci ochrany obyvatelstva. Práce je členěna na dvě části teoretickou část a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsán Hasičský záchranný sbor České republiky a Hasičský záchranný sbor Kraje Vysočina. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza vybraných činností Hasičského záchranného sboru Kraje Vysočina a analytická metoda CARVER vybraných činností Hasičského záchranného sboru Kraje Vysočina. Z výsledků těchto analýz jsou vyvozeny závěry a návrhy.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the issues of the activities of the Fire Brigade of the Vysočina region within the selected task of the civil protection. The thesis is divided into two parts theoretical part and practical part. The Fire Brigade of the Czech Republic and the Fire Brigade of the Vysočina region is described in the theoretical part. In the practical there is a SWOT analysis of selected activities of Fire Brigade of the Vysočina region and the analytical method CARVER is used to describe these selected activities. Based on the results of these analysis' the conclusions and recommendations are drawn.
