Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku přepravy nebezpečných věcí ve vztahu k ochraně obyvatelstva. Práce řeší konkrétně přepravu automobilového benzínu přes město Uherské Hradiště. Teoretická část se zabývá přepravou nebezpečných věcí, podrobněji přepravou nebezpečných věcí po silnici, softwarovým zabezpečením, které bylo využito v práci a obecným popisem ochrany obyvatelstva. V praktické práci je nejprve představeno město Uherské Hradiště. Základní obsah tvoří modelová situace úniku nebezpečné látky s následným popisem činnosti složek integrovaného záchranného systému při zásahu. Na konci práce jsou shrnuty návrhy a opatření pro zlepšení situace při přepravě a ochraně obyvatelstva. |

The thesis is focused on the transport of dangerous goods in relation to the protection of the population. The thesis deals specifically with the transport of automotive gas through the town of Uherské Hradiště. The theoretical part deals with the transport of dangerous goods, more specifically with the transport of dangerous goods along the road, software security, which was used in the work and general description of the protection of the population. In practical work, the city of Uherské Hradiště is first introduced. The basic content is the model situation of leakage of dangerous substance with subsequent description of the operation of the components of the integrated rescue system during the intervention. On the end of this thesis there are improvement proposals of situation of the transport situation and protection of the population. |
