dc.description.abstract	Tato práce je zaměřená na analýzu rizik úniků nebezpečných látek v obci. Cílem práce je zmapování možných úniků nebezpečných látek v obci za pomoci softwaru pro modelování a jeho výstupy pro následnou ukázku úniků. Zaměřil jsem se na čtyři největší objekty ve městě Opava, které představují největší ohrožení v rámci bezpečnosti obyvatelstva. Všechna získaná data byla aplikována do softwaru Terex s následným výstupem a analýzou ohroženého území v programu GIS. Hlavním zjištěním je, že město nemá přístup k veškerým informacím, a v případě úniků nebezpečných látek z vybraných objektů, oby-vatelstvo neví jak se zachovat. Na základě zjištěných údajů je možné říct, že ohrožení obyvatelstva v okolí objektů je velmi vysoké. A výsledky mohou posloužit jako ukázka možného ohrožení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of risks of releases of dangerous substances in the village. The aim of the work is to get acquainted with leakage of dangerous sub-stances in the village using modeling software and its outputs for subsequent demonstra-tion of leakage. I focused on the four largest buildings in the city of Opava, which pose the greatest threat to the safety of the population. All of the data obtained was applied to Terex software, followed by output and analysis of vulnerable areas in the GIS program. The main finding is that the city does not have access to all information and in case of leakage of substances from selected objects. On the basis of the data, it is possible to say that the threat of the population around the objects is very high. And the results can serve as a demonstration of a possible threat in the event of leakage of dangerous substances.
