dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu evakuace a možnosti ukrytí obyvatelstva při živelných pohromách a technogenních haváriích. V teoretické části nastiňuje možná ohrožení obyvatel v České republice, při nichž je zapotřebí evakuovat obyvatelstvo, dále shrnuje v nejdůležitějších bodech náležitosti týkající se evakuace. V praktické části popisuje havárii úniku chlóru v a.s. Synthesia a následnou evakuaci občanů obce Rybitví, kam může chlór uniknout. Po provedení analýzy evakuace jsou v závěru navržena opatření ke snížení rizik v oblasti evakuace a přínos ke zlepšení těchto opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is focused on the analysis of evacuation and the possibility of concealment of the population in elemental disasters and technogenic accidents. It outlines the potential threats to the population in the Czech Republic, where it is necessary to evacuate the population, and in the most important points, it summarizes the elements relating to the evacuation. It describes the accidental chlorine leakage in the Synthesia A.S. and the subsequent evacuation of the citizens of the municipality Rybitví, where chlorine can escape. After the evacuation analysis has been performed, measures are proposed to avoid losses in the event of evacuation.
