Diplomová práce pojednává o bezpečnostních aspektech dopravní služby ve zdravotnictví. Teoretická část se zabývá historií zdravotní záchranné služby a první pomoci, která je základním stavebním kamenem v přednemocniční péči. Je zde charakterizována zdravotní záchranná služba jako jedna ze složek Záchranného integrovaného systému. V teoretické části jsou taktéž uvedeny základní pojmy a definice, práva a povinnosti členů výjezdových skupin. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění stavu bezpečnosti u Zdravotní záchranné služby pomocí kvantitativního dotazníkového šetření a vedených strukturovaných rozhovorů. Závěrečným výstupem jsou zodpovězené výzkumné otázky a vlastní návrh na řešení daného problému. |

This diploma thesis deals with safety aspects of transport services in health care. The theoretical part deals with the history of health rescue services and first aid, which is the basic building block in pre-hospital care. It is characterized as a health rescue service as one of the components of the Rescue Integrated System. In the theoretical part, the basic terms and definitions, the rights and obligations of the members of the exit groups are presented. The practical part is focused on the state of safety of the Health Rescue Service using a quantitative questionnaire survey and structured interviews. The final output is the answer to the research questions and the proposal for solving the given problem. |
