dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku migrace a je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část mapuje základní pojmy spojené s migrací, legislativu, příčiny a historický vývoj migrace. V praktické části práce je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které se stalo východiskem pro sestavení seznamu rizik. Tato rizika jsou pomocí metody KARS, která je založená na souvztažnosti rizik, analyzována a zhodnocena. Cílem diplomové práce je identifikace rizik migrace, jejich analýza včetně stanovení návrhů a opatření ke snížení a eliminaci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis focuses on the issue of migration and is divided into two parts. The theoretical part deals with basic concepts related to migration, legislation, causes and historical development of migration. In the practical part of the thesis there is a questionnaire survey done what became the basis for the list of risks. These risks are analyzed and evaluated by using KARS method, which is based on risk correlation. The aim of this diploma thesis is to identificate migration risks, their analysis, including the identification of proposals and measures for reduction and elimination.
