Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku fyzické bezpečnosti na železnici. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část popisuje historii železniční do-pravy od jejích počátků až po moderní vysokorychlostní vlaky, seznamuje čtenáře se zá-kladní terminologií a popisuje prvky a technologické systémy nacházející se v prostorech železničních stanic. Další část je zaměřena na fyzickou bezpečnost v železničních stanicích, na hrozby a v poslední řadě na způsoby opatření. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá bezpečnostní analýzou železničních stanice Vsetín a železniční stanice Horní Lideč. Na základě důkladných bezpečnostních analýz v obou stanicích a vyhodnocení rizik byly navrhnuty způsoby řešení konkrétních problémů spojených se zajištěním fyzické bezpečnosti. |

The master thesis is focused on the railway physical security. The thesis is divided into theoretical section and practical section. The theoretical section describes the history of railway transport from beginning to modern high-speed trains. Terminology and the basic elements of the railway station are explained to the readers as well. Next theoretical part is dedicated to physical security in the railway station, threats and ways of the measures. The practical section deals security analysis of the railway station in Vsetín and of the railway station in Horní Lideč. Based on the safety analyzes at both stations and risk assessments, ways to address specific issues related to physical security have been suggested. |
