Diplomová práce se v teoretické části zabývá terminologickým rámcem, současnými právními předpisy, kterými se SBS řídí a tomu předchází kus historie vedoucí k samotnému návrhu zákona o bezpečnostní činnosti. Praktická část je věnována rozebráním jednotlivých ustanovení navrhovaného zákona a důvodům, které vedli ke vzniku. Dále platným normám, které jsou platné v jiných státech a porovnání navrhovaného zákona se současnou právní legislativou. Vše je doplněno o názory zástupců bezpečnostní komunity. |

The thesis deals with the terminological content, the current legal regulations that govern the Private security services and precedes a piece of history leading to the bill on security itself. The practical part is devoted to the breakdown of the individual provisions of the proposed law and to the reasons which led to the creation. Furthermore, the applicable standarts that are valid in other countries and the comparison of the proposed law with current legislation. Everything is complemented by views of representatives of the security community. |
