dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců Domova pro seniory a Domova se zvláštním režimem v Buchlovicích (DS a DZR Buchlovice). V teore-tické části je pojednáváno o vybraných motivačních teoriích, o motivaci pracovního jednání a o vlivu motivace na pracovní výkon a spokojenost zaměstnanců v sociálních službách. Pomocí dotazníkového šetření, osobních rozhovorů, situační analýzy a dalších metod bylo zjištěno motivační založení pracovníků a jejich spokojenost s dosavadním motivačním systémem. Na základě zjištěných skutečností je vytvořen projekt vedoucí ke zvýšení motivace pracovníků v DS a DZR Buchlovice. Realizace těchto doporučení může příznivě ovlivnit nejen motivaci pracovníků, ale hlavně s tím úzce související efektivitu jejich práce a celkově tak zvýšit společensko sociální odpovědnost vybrané příspěvkové organizace. V závěru diplomové práce je uvedený projekt podroben nákladové, časové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This dissertation deals with analysis of motivation and satisfaction of employees of Home for Seniors and Home with Special Regime in Buchlovice (DS and DZR Buchlovice). The theoretical part deals with selected motivation theories, with motivation of working manners, and with influence of motivation on the working performance and satisfaction of the employees in the social services. Using the questionnaire survey, personal interviews, situational analyzes and other methods have been identified the motivation basis of the employees and their satisfaction with their existing motivation system. Based on the identified fact has been created project leading to the increase of the motivation of the employees of the DS and DZR Buchlovice. Implementation of these recommendation cannot only positively influence the motivation of the employees but also, thus closely related the effectiveness of their work and to increase overall social responsibility of the selected contributory organization. In the end of the dissertation is the stated project subjected to the cost, time and risk analysis.
