dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práca je zameraná na zlepšenie organizácie práce v ekonomickom úseku vo vy-brané firme. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť či sú pracovné činnosti a úlohy v rámci ekonomického oddelenia vhodne rozdelené a či sú zamestnanci schopní plniť svoje činnosti v rámci klasic-kej pracovnej doby. Teoretické poznatky týkajúce sa témy diplomovej práce boli získané spracovaním rešerše odborných tuzemských aj zahraničných literárnych prameňov. Praktic-ká časť obsahuje analýzu súčasného stavu rozdelenia pracovných činností a úloh vo firme. Pre túto analýzu bol využitý kvalitatívny výskum prostredníctvom pološtandardizovaných interview a ďalej analýza snímku pracovného dňa, analýza pracovnej pozície a tiež analýza potreby zamestnancov. Na základe výsledkov bol navrhnutý projekt zlepšenie organizácie práce ekonomického oddelenia, ktorý bol následne podrobený časovej, nákladovej a rizikovej analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The diploma thesis is aimed at improving the organization of work in the economic section of the selected company. The aim of the thesis was to find out whether the work activities and tasks within the economic department are appropriately divided and that the employ-ees are able to perform their activities within the classical working hours. Theoretical knowledge on the topic of the thesis was gained by the processing of a search of profes-sional domestic and foreign literary sources. The practical part analyses the current state of the division of work activities and tasks in the company. For this analysis, qualitative research was used through semi-standardized interviews, and analysis of the working day image, job position analysis as well as employee needs analysis. Based on the results, a project to improve the organization of the work of the Economic Department was pro-posed, which was subsequently subjected to time, cost and risk analysis.
