dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá srovnáním přístupů k prevenci v požární ochraně, ochraně majetku a kybernetické bezpečnosti. Je zde definován pojem prevence, represe a pojetí prevence ve zmíněných druzích bezpečnosti. Cílem této práce je identifikovat a následně na-vrhnout zvýšení podílu prevence pro vybraný druh bezpečnosti. V řešení bylo použito SWOT analýzy a metody vícekriteriálního hodnocení. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsem hodnotila vnitřní a vnější stránky prostředí prevence kriminali-ty a požární prevence. Provedenou metodou vícekriteriálního hodnocení bylo zhodnoceno, že nejlépe si ve vybraných druzích bezpečnosti stojí požární prevence následovaná prevencí kriminality a následně kybernetická bezpečnost. Přínosem této práce je návrh na možné zvýšení podílu prevence v rámci návrhového listu pro Ministerstvo vnitra.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the comparison of various attitudes to prevention in the fields of fire protection, protection of property and cyber security. The terms of prevention, repression and kinds of preventions in the above mentioned branches have been defined. The aim of the thesis is to identify and subsequently suggest increasing the scale of prevention for the specific type of security. The SWOT analysis and multiple criterion evaluation have been used to reach the final solution. By means of the SWOT analysis, I have evaluated interior and exterior backgrounds of crime and fire preventions, and cyber security. According to the multiple criterion evaluations, the best position among the chosen types of securities has reached the fire prevention followed by the crime prevention. Cyber crime prevention has received the worst results. Contribution of this thesis is to suggest the ways how to increase the range of preventions in the above mentioned fields.
