Acne vulgaris je chronické zánětlivé onemocnění pilosebaceózní jednotky kůže, vznikající vlivem několika faktorů. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rolí Cutibacterium acnes v patogenezi acne vulgaris, jelikož podle novějších studií je tvorba biofilmu C. acnes v pilosebaceózní jednotce hlavním faktorem iniciujícím rozvoj tohoto onemocnění. Cílem této práce je přehledová studie týkající se onemocnění acne vulgaris a shrnutí dosavadních poznatků o roli Cutibacterium acnes při acne vulgaris. |

Acne vulgaris is a chronic inflammatory disease of the pilosebaceous unit of the skin, caused by various factors. This bachelor thesis covers the role of Cutibacterium acnes in pathogenesis of acne vulgaris, since.recent studies propose that biofilm formation in the pilosebaceous unit by C. acnes is a major factor initiating the development of this disease. The aim of this thesis is to review the illness acne vulgaris and sum up to now studies about the role of Cutibacterium acnes in acne vulgaris. |
