dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se zabývá mapováním povodňových rizik na území obce Bílovice a místní části Včelary. V teoretické části jsou vymezeny základní pojmy týkající se povodní, metody mapování rizik včetně legislativy a členění povodní. Následuje popis geografického informačního systému a základy principu evakuace. Praktická část charakterizuje vybranou obec. Pomocí programu QGIS jsou zpracovány mapy hrozby, zranitelnosti, rizika a porovnání jejich variant v závislosti na vybrané povodni. Na základě těchto map je provedeno vyhodnocení a zvládnutí povodňového rizika, graficky znázorněna evakuační trasa s evakuačními středisky a jsou navržena vhodná protipovodňová opatření. Další kapitola praktické části se zaměřuje na vytvoření stručného průvodce evakuací pro obyvatele.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis addresses the mapping of flood risks in a district of town Bilovice and the local area of Vcelary. The theoretical part of this thesis defines the fundamental concepts of floods, the methods of mapping the risks including legislation and the types of floods. Further, this thesis describes the geographic information system and the fundamental principles of evacuation. The practical part of this thesis describes the chosen town of the dictrict. The maps of flood threats, vulnerability and risks, and comparison of the variants depending on the selected flood were achieved using QGIS. The evaluation and the management of the flood risks and graphic interpretation of evacuation route with evacuation centres have been established based on these maps, and appropriate flood protection measurements have been designed. The next chapter of the practical part focuses on designing of a brief guide of evacuation for residents.
