dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce vychází z historických zdrojů 15. žzb Bechyně a velitelství pozemních sil ČR-VPoS, armády ČR a historických dokumentů záchranného a hasičského záchranného praporu. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části práce je pozornost zaměřena na základní pojmy týkající se ochrany obyvatelstva, jejím uplatněním v současné době a historii dané jednotky pod velením AČR a MV. Dále je v práci uvedený Integrovaný záchranný systém jako nástroj ochrany obyvatelstva. Praktická část je zaměřena na zlepšení pomoci při provádění záchranných a likvidačních prací po vzniku mimo-řádné události a dále na jednotlivé příklady mimořádných událostí a jejich opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is based on the historical sources of 15 Bechyně bays and the land forces headquarters of the CR-VPoS, the Army of the Czech Republic and historical doc-uments of the rescue and fire rescue battalion. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part of the thesis, attention is focused on the basic concepts related to the protection of the population, its application in the present time and the history of the unit under the command of the ACR and MV. Furthermore, the thesis introduces the Integrated Rescue System as a tool for population protection. The practical part is focused on improving assistance in rescue and liquidation work after the occurrence of an extraordinary event and on individual examples of emergencies and their actions.
