dc.description.abstract	Bakalářské práce se zaměřena na hodnocení a výběr dodavatelů věcných prostředků požární ochrany v prostředí Armády České republiky. Hlavním cílem práce je posoudit, zda je stávající systém dostačující pro potřeby vojenských hasičských jednotek. První část poskytuje teoretický výklad pojmů se zaměřením na funkci nákupu, centralizovanou a decentralizovanou strukturu organizace nákupu, hodnocení a výběr dodavatelů, popisuje metody uplatňované u výběru nejvhodnější varianty dodavatele. Druhá část práce posuzuje proces výběru dodavatele a nákup věcných prostředků požární ochrany v konkrétním vojenském útvaru, snaží se identifikovat problémy v tomto procesu a navrhnout případná řešení.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The bachelor thesis is focused on the evaluation and selection of the firefighting devices suppliers in the Czech army environment. Its aim is to find out if the current system is sufficient for the needs of military fire brigade units. In the first part, there are presented theoretical interpretation focusing on purchasing function, centralized and decentralized structure of purchasing organization, evaluation and selection of suppliers. The methods applied for selecting the most appropriate supplier variant are described as well. In the second part, there is evaluated the process of selecting a supplier and purchasing of fire protection material in a particular military unit. Problems in this process are identified and possible solutions proposed.
