dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je na téma "Analýza bezpečnostních rizik v obci". Cílem diplomové práce bylo zvolit si danou obec, identifikovat bezpečnostní rizika a provést jejich analý-zu. Teoretická část se zabývá základními pojmy dané problematiky. Druhá kapitola popi-suje platnou legislativu týkající se analýzy rizik, bezpečnosti a mapování rizik. Následu-jící kapitola je věnována podrobné charakteristice analýzy rizik a jejím metodám. Závě-rem teoretická část seznamuje s problematikou praktické části a mapováním rizik. Prak-tická část identifikuje a analyzuje rizika na základě zvolených metod analýzy rizik. Ana-lýza je konkretizována pro území obce Štěpánov. Výsledná data jsou znázorněna v pro-gramu geografického informačního systému ArcGIS. Závěr praktické části představuje shrnutí výsledků z analýzy rizik a doporučený návrh opatření.

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis is focused on the "Analysis of security risks in the municipality". The aim of the diploma thesis was to choose the municipality and to identify security risks and their analysis. The theoretical part deals with the basic concepts of the issue. The second chapter describes the curent legislation regarding risk analysis, security and risk mapping.The following chapter is devoted to detailed characterization of risk analysis and methods. Finally, the theoretical part introduces with issue of the practical part of risk mapping. The pracitacal part identifies and analyzes risks based on the selected risk analysis methods. The analysis is concretized for the territory of municipality Štěpánov. The resulting data is shown in the ArcGIS geographic information system program. The conclusion of the practical part is a summary of the results from the risk analysis and recommended of the proposal precaution.
