dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu sil a prostředků využitelných k záchranným a likvidačním pracím. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části, na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je vymezen pojem ochrana obyvatelstva, od kterého se práce dostává až k dané problematice. Je zde charakterizována Armáda České republiky a její úloha v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Obsahem praktické části je charakteristika konkrétních sil a prostředků Armády České re-publiky a celkový přehled o počtu techniky a osob, které mohou být využity k záchranným a likvidačním pracím při povodňové mimořádné události a návrhy vedoucí ke zlepšení sou-časného stavu.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The Bachelor's Thesis is focused on an analysis of forces and resources of the Army of the Czech Republic to be used for salvage and liquidation operations for the selected emer-gency. The Thesis is devided into two parts, namely theoretical and practical. The theoreti-cal part specifies the notion of population protection which forms the basis for the Thesis' subject matter. The Army of the Czech Republic is characterized in this part as well as its role within the integrated salvage system. The practical part deals with the characteristics of selected forces and resources of the Army of the Czech Republic and the overview of the number of people and technique which can be used for salvage and liquidation operations during flood emergency as well as proposals leading to the improvement of the current si-tuation.
